Healing Prayer
Do you or a friend have a physical, emotional, or spiritual need for which we can pray?
Join us this Wednesday, November 30th at 6:30PM for our monthly evening prayer service at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Nashville (4715 Harding Rd.). The service includes contemplative music, readings, a message and the opportunity to come forward for individual healing prayer.
Is there a difficult relationship in your life that is in need of healing: a spouse, child, family member, friend, co-worker, or an acquaintance? Is there emotional pain that is even harder around the holiday season? Or is there a physical ailment that is causing anxiety? Come for healing prayer for yourself or a friend.
I’ve just returned from a 13-day trip to the Holy Land where I learned that healing was essential to the mission and ministry of Jesus. Jesus went throughout Galilee and Jerusalem healing people from physical and emotional pain as well as spiritual dryness. I’ve been the recipient of physical healing for breast cancer, lymphedema and restored eyesight in just the past few years. I am sure that the powerful prayers of spiritual friends are responsible for the healing of my body, mind, and spirit.
Please join us as we continue Jesus’ healing ministry here in our Nashville community.
Our celebrant will be Rev. Leigh Spruill. I am a member of our healing prayer ministry and I’ll be there to greet you and pray for you.
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” (Ephesians 6:18)
ALL ARE WELCOME.
Blessings and prayers for your healing, my friend,
Agatha
