The #Luminous13 Conference opened last night in Franklin, TN. I'm looking forward to hearing Ian Cron and Mako Fujimura share their thoughts on the creativeness within us, but the most fabulous musical group, THE BRILLIANCE opened the evening session. It is built around a string quartet with brilliant harmonies and contemplative chords. The conference is about resting and just "being" for a few days, enjoying the Spirit of God among us through music, discussion and worship. THE BRILLIANCE music soothes the weary soul from our dusty world and allows us to just relax and enjoy being Children of God. Here's a video (2:50) of one of their songs: YOUR LOVE REMAINS.
Can't wait for the conference to start again today. We need more of time to just "be".
